IT Business Analyst 

Softworld's client is looking for 2 IT Business Analysts for contract to hire positions in Vienna, VA.

Requirements:
Active Secret clearance is required
A BA/BS degree in the related field 
3+ years of professional experience with at least 1 year of working with or for the Federal government
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
Possess excellent oral and written communications skills
Demonstrated technical aptitude, superior presentation, and communication skills 
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to problem-solve and think analytically 
Must be a self-motivated, proactive team player that is responsive and easily adaptable with an ability to step in and support the directorate with minimal direction
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills 

 DUTIES:
Support organizational planning for a wide variety of summits, initiatives, and educational opportunities 
Assist in facilitation and coordination of meetings ensuring that read-aheads are relevant, quality checked, and sent out for timely reviews as well as ensure meeting minutes are submitted on time
Develop concise, professional, and compelling executive briefings on major initiatives, incorporating findings from industry research and best practices
Present material to senior division, program and government officials
Provide administrative support for meetings and conferences (meeting minutes, notes, action items, etc.)
Coach and assist the government in project management, as well as support usage of any project management tools used by the directorate
Assist in the development of templates and documentation to be used by the directorate 
Conduct research and analysis as needed to develop white papers, briefings, presentations, procedural instructions, and executive summaries
Promote continuous process improvement by drafting, developing, and updating business rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and PIs to be used by the directorate and military treatment facilities (MTFs) across the US
Coordinate with offsite teams and external organizations to conduct data calls as needed
Update and maintain directorate and division SharePoint site
Support ad hoc team projects through planning, executing, and monitoring
